Microsoft Device Emulator 是可以在 Windows 中 模拟运行 Windows CE/ Windows Mobile 系统的模拟器，有许多自定义选项，需要使用命令行启动。为了更方便的启动它，wbpluto 用 C# 编写了这个启动设置程序 ，这是 wbpluto 发布的第一个原创应用程序。
无需使用命令行参数，只需鼠标点选几下就可按需启动 Microsoft Device Emulator
完善的 Microsoft Device Emulator 3.0/2.0 选项(CPU相关的三个选项在2.0中不支持)
自动搜寻当前文件夹下和系统中安装的设备仿真器程序
自动搜寻已安装的设备映像(*.bin)或手动指定
自动搜寻已安装的外观文件
自动搜寻可用的网卡，以便与仿真环境绑定
